Area : Two class rooms, Walk way, Bathrooms.

 

Security Deposit $250.00. Refundable. Security deposit is refundable after satisfactory final inspection by an Old Lutz School representative.

 

$100.00 for the first 3 hours.
$50.00 for each additional hour.
